Lights that do not turn off May 22, 2020 Every year in Iran 1st of Khordad (May 22nd) has been named national productivity and optimization consumption day. Productivity means optimal and effective use of energy, resources and capital of a society. Therefore, on this day and at the end of working day we visited the capital’s economic complexes and took pictures of one of the problems of energy consumption in the city. Unfortunately we been have witnessing for several years that some commercial units do not turn off their lighting system after the end of working hours, so that until the next morning large amount of energy is wasted in these units. At the same time with be of the summer season, the increase in electricity consumption in the city, it is necessary for the relevant organization to take appropriate decisions in order to deal with the waste of a large part of the energy in the cities.
